ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ٣
94:3 | Which had weighed upon your back
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ٤
94:4 | And raised high for you your repute.
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ٥
94:5 | For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease [i.e., relief].
إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا ٦
94:6 | Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ ٧
94:7 | So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب ٨
94:8 | And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

Translation : Saheeh International🅘 Surah Info
وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ ١
Footnote 95:1 (1):🅧
Referring to the places known for their production, i.e., Damascus and Jerusalem, respectively. It could also refer to the fig and olive trees or to the fruits themselves.
وَطُورِ سِينِينَ ٢
وَهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ ٣
95:3 | And [by] this secure city [i.e., Makkah],
لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍۢ ٤
95:4 | We have certainly created man in the best of stature; ¹

i.e., upright, symmetrical, and balanced in form and nature.
ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَـٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَـٰفِلِينَ ٥
95:5 | Then We return him to the lowest of the low, ¹

This can refer to the depths of Hell, to decrepit old age or to immorality.
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍۢ ٦
95:6 | Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.
فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ ٧
95:7 | So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense? ¹

More literally, "What makes you lie concerning it?"
أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ ٨
95:8 | Is not Allāh the most just of judges?
096surah

Translation : Saheeh International🅘 Surah Info
ٱقْرَأْ بِٱسْمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ١
96:1 | Recite in the name of your Lord who created
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ ٢
96:2 | Created man from a clinging substance.
ٱقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْأَكْرَمُ ٣
96:3 | Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous -
ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَ بِٱلْقَلَمِ ٤
عَلَّمَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ ٥
96:5 | Taught man that which he knew not.
كَلَّآ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لَيَطْغَىٰٓ ٦
96:6 | No! [But] indeed, man transgresses
أَن رَّءَاهُ ٱسْتَغْنَىٰٓ ٧
96:7 | Because he sees himself self-sufficient.
إِنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلرُّجْعَىٰٓ ٨
96:8 | Indeed, to your Lord is the return.
أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يَنْهَىٰ ٩
96:9 | Have you seen the one who forbids
عَبْدًا إِذَا صَلَّىٰٓ ١٠
أَرَءَيْتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ ١١
96:11 | Have you seen if he is upon guidance
أَوْ أَمَرَ بِٱلتَّقْوَىٰٓ ١٢
